Program & Project Assessment Course

ProjectRx, LLC has announced the release of its three day Program & Project Assessment (P&PA) course. With surveys and research from leading experts in the field of program and project management continuing to report that up to half of projects fail to meet their delivery objectives, the time has come to look at innovative approaches to closing the gap on this delivery shortfall.  The P&PA course provides instruction and mentoring in how to develop and deploy an effective project oversight framework. While aligned to PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge or PMBOK(R), it extends well beyond the limitations of a process based approach to include assessment life cycles and milestones, a basis of assessment (BOA), balanced scorecard, flexible rating methodology, and earned value management (EVM) to validate delivery results and expectations. ProjectRx, LLC plans to offer the course through a global project management education provider.
